  • How are your training plans customised?
    Each training plan is built specifically for you, taking into account your current fitness level, experience, race goals and available training time. Regular communication ensures we adjust your plan as needed, based on progress or life events.
  • Do I need to be experienced before starting with a coach?
    Not at all! Our coaching is designed to meet you where you are in your running journey. Whether you're training for your first 5k or ultra, we'll provide the guidance, support and structure you need to succeed. We believe every runner, regardless of experience, can benefit from coaching.
  • How often can I communicate with my coach?
    Our run coaching offers unlimited communication via strava, instagram, messenger and whatsapp, ensuring you have the support and guidance you need at every step of your journey. Whatever question you may have your coach is just a message away. This constant access allows for real-time feedback, adjustments to your plan and ongoing motivation. With unlimited communication, you can feel confident knowing you're never alone in your training. Your coach is fully invested in helping you reach your goals. A fortnightly phone call/zoom meeting is included in our coaching package to allow for in depth-conversations and tailored feedback.
  • What if I decide I no longer want to have coaching?
    If you ever decide to pause or discontinue run coaching, we completely understand. While we make every effort to provide the best possible service for our clients, life circumstances can change, and we're here to support you in whatever decision feels right for you. You can cancel at any time, there are no hidden fees or lock-in contracts.
